Dear Sirs. I have seen your advert for car. I have friend in South Africa who owes me money. If I get him to send you the £55,000 he owes, can you take your cut (plus some to cover doing this for me) and send on the rest to my bank account I will specify. I have a shipper who can arrange for collection of the car.

I wanted one, looked for months and couldn't find a decent one. Plenty of dogs and poor man's spec'd examples about so beware!

I also didn't find it inspiring enough to drive and felt let down by the performance (even though the salesman was bigging it up). Nice cars, not for me though.

Even then they can fail. Every Audi we have owned has had some form of catastrophic failure happen to it. The latest is a full re-build on a 3.7 v8 which isn't under warrenty any more... The one before was a brand new gearbox on a 2006 A4. German doesn't mean reliable so make sure it's been well looked after and even then be careful with it!

Aye I have literally only seen 2 for sale over the past 2 months that I would actually want to own... there are so many with sporadic options but not quite got all the options that OI want... including a perfect oen that had everything I wanted, right colour, good miles, good privce, leather was decxent BUT... no heated seats!!! FFS i aint freezing my ass off all over winter jus cos some cock cudnt be arsed to pay an extra £200 ont op of the £45k

Have yet to test one but I must say I am swaying more toward the TVR atm... much easier to find one as they are all exactly the same bar colours and leather coverage!

Back end falls off early ones that have been abused...... this isn't just a myth i heared, my dad's mates 325 back end came away (cracking and that) BMW are doing a full rebuild on the back end and said it's a common fault in m3's especially from the amount of torque bending the chassis:s

They are great cars, but completely stripped out and no extras, so NO driving comfort what ever.

The boot lid is the selling point for me I know you can get replicas for boggy m3s but it wouldn't be the same

But that's what makes it different, where as the standard m3s just have the same boot as a turd 3 series of some sort.
