Summary: Germans go to Mars just before the end of WWII
Likehood to be true: Slim to none
But yes, the Germans were upto these kinds of things during their war campaign - fascinating stuff really, how anyone can read about any aspect of WWII and not be completely compelled is beyond me - it's simply THE most important event of modern times and has elements of fascination from anyones point of view - the bravery of the soldiers involved, the tactics and counter-tactics used on both sides, the spys behind enemy lines, the cat and mouse games the opposing forces played iwth each other to try and gain the upper hand, the interest in the super-natural from the Nazis, the changing of alligiance from the Italians, the North African campaigns, the Jap's getting involved - ye gods!
WWII has something for everyone!
