Ended up going to Selfridges, Bullring, The Mailbox, few bars and pubs by the canal, then to the NIA, then to another couple of pubs on Broad(sp) Street, then home.

Was a good day and from what I saw of Birmingham it looked like an alright place.

Oh yeah I dare say there are some really grim parts, but we managed to avoid those.

I saw a few apartment blocks but didn't really pay much attention. Got a picture?

Also the Bull Ring wasn't very big at all. Not sure how they claim its the biggest in Europe. Maybe over landmass but not square feet of each shop.

Bull Ring was alright, a few shops we don't have in MK but much of the same apart from that. The Mailbox was pretty fancy, not that I could afford anything in there

lol stupidly so i refuse to pay 220 for a pair of jeans.

It was dangerous shopping in there, some nice clothes but couldnt bring myself to spend that kind of cash on clothes.
