Totally pointless, just make sure they don't back you into a corner, the Police are dodgy fuckers.

yes ojc i will have to be carefull when doin the form, my idea was to say the only time i have been to that area was when someone met me to test drive the car and it must have been them...
if they ask who i will say his user name is johnthesailor from badmancorsa.net or somthing then there is no way of tracking who drove the car

Just say you might have been there but wasn't speeding. Then ask them to prove otherwise.

That is the best cause to take. MAKE THEM PROVE IT.

You were speeding because your exhaust is louder than a Volvo 440, that's a fact. EVERYONE with an exhaust louder than a Volvo 440 is ALWAYS speeding.
I think you're buggered really, there's no way out of that

i did an experiment with this everymorning on the way to work this little old fuckwit would flap his arms around as i passed him doing the speedlimit in my corsa (very loud)
So i then decided to drive my other car at the time, merc C240 elegance (old barge quiet as a mouse) at 80mph (double the speed limit) to see if he noticed...
DID HE FUCK
The louder the car obviously the faster its going

Old people are the problem here, they need a hobby.
Although my grandad wouldn't give to shits if you were driving fast, he would probably kick down in his Rover 75 and try and race you.

Remove your Corsasport sticker as well, so they don't jump on here and try to find what you've been posting
They'd have a field day

Tell them to prove the offence and provide a count of witnesses, if they say it was just the 1 witness who was the reporting old git, then tell them to fuck off.

makes you wonder how they dont seem to have time to do paper work for other offences that can be proven, but they are able to bother doing it for something that they will realise isnt going to lead anywhere

Exactly as Ollie says they can't do you because some do gooder has said you were speeding? wheres the evidence for what speed you were going etc..
If they are pursuing there must be more to it..

Its pathetic, I could ring the Police and claim I saw someone I didn't like doing 120mph through a 20mph limit outside a school, its stupid. They need physical evidence of some sort, even if it was a off duty Police officer its your word against his and he has no physical proof you were speeding, AND even if you overtook him on the way home from work and you WERE speeding again, its your word against his and that will NOT stand up in court.

May be it would stand up in court though, because being a police officer, he is of more authority if you get my drift?
Still wank though, I have no idea how they could prove you were speeding.
