What I'm saying is, he paid the money for the Megane so of course he will be biased towards the Megane like I'm biased towards the VXR.

Its natrual Bert.

Go on the trader and you'll struggle to find an 06 stock 225 for that kinda money so this is either a one off or a Cat D

Tell me why 2003 stock 225 for for anything from 10-14k?14k is entry for early Trophy money

I didnt really want to start arguments or compare the car to a vauxhall but nevermind, very good comments from all!

I agree its a one off at that price, closest to it is £14k with 8k miles, would be getting it hpi'd if i decide to go for it.

I would love an R26 but i'm not quite rich enough!

Keep the comments coming

I really like them. I have a mate who currently owns one, with little problems, although another mate sold his '04 225 on after 5 months because of too many mechanical issues, mainly to do with sensors.

That aside, there really really nice and very able. K-tec do some good tuning packages for them too.

had my mates r26 for the day. was a nice drive. handles really well and lots of power to play with (probably cause i usually dirve a 1.6 16v) Very comfortable too, cause i was driving for nearly a full day. Got a little bored of it by the end of the day though

i rated the one i drove round brands, thought the engine pulled well and it steered pretty decently with all that power in the front wheels
