its one of the best "all in one" jobbies
most of which will be pissed out, as your body will only absorb around half of that in one sitting.

Thats two servings worth tho I think, its only 30g per shake. One morning one night/after training

ah, his 'all in one' thing threw me, but if it is two then its not too bad.
Still think its pointless if you wont improve your diet as you wont see proper gains without it.

no 100% agree with you. nail the diet then use the shakes to just help top it up, and after training as its the quickest way get protein into your body after a workout

gotta give your body an insulin spike so its absorbed quicker, but as people have said. Do a diet plan first otherwise you'll fail and lose alot of money

which is why most good shakes are best for after workouts as will often be a good mix to create the insulin spike

oatmeal is no good straight after a workout. It slows down the digestion of protein, Have it before bed instead.

nice one chappy...
get the diet sorted first before taking the cyclone. you want to get most of your protein from food really.
get down the gym and get a good programme writen up. then after a while (maybe a month or more) start using the cyclone. so you can see if it makes a difference in your training.

5 days weight training will not give the muscles chance to develop ,recover and most importantly GROW
It will if he's on a five day split, doin one body part per day and leavin it a wk or so between training the same body part again.
Buling requires minimum 1.5kg per pound of bodyweight, double that for carb intake an no more than 70g of fat per day. Split this over 5-8 meals and with a decent training program you should see results.
Supplement wise go for a 100% instant WHEY, this is the most effective, stack it with Creatine Ethyl Ester, this is much better than pure monohydrate and has little or no side effects, go for tablet form.
Also important to change your training program every 6 wks to avoid plateau. I.e go from 3x6 reps (strength work) to 3x15-20 reps (endurance) than to 3x8 reps (hypertrophy, bulking)... Its important to get the 15-20 reps in to ensure you work the musle through the full range of movement, and it also builds up your lactate threshold and shocks the body.
