calculated mine yesterday and got 30.3mpg / 6.7miles/litre. seem not bad considering its a 1.2 8v and all of it is urban driving (since we have no motorways)

I get about 350 miles to a full tank in a 1.2i 16v. Happy with that, cos I drive like any 19 year old does..

We get that from £45 in the astra. On Unleaded too, V-Power sees nearly £50, and less miles, as it makes you want to drive it faster Worth it though
To make you all sick, my bike will do 210 miles to about £16 at 88.9p....
And it'll do 140mph, and 60mph in about 4 seconds... Bikes rule.

12V= 12 valve by the way.. I used to have a 1.0 12V about 2 years ago, and bearing in mind fuel was probably a bit cheaper back then, it would do about 110 miles to a tenner if you drove like a granny every where. But it is important how you drive it. Even with a 1.0 if you thrash it, the fuel economy will go down. But I would give it a service if I were you.
