I really need to do my stomach etc more as when I go to the gym I go straight after the nightshift I just end up lying in the area where you're supposed to do sit ups and just fall asleep

Currently on no supplements & don't really follow a diet as such though I do seem to eat alot of chicken, tuna, eggs etc. I'm just eating healthier and trying to cut down of fat, but can't stop binging on chocolate

As for exercise ..... i'm currently following a 3 day programme where i'm doing :

Monday : Legs/ Biceps
Wednesday : Chest/ Triceps
Friday : Back/ Shoulders

But want to move to 5 days and do just a single body part each day and spend more time on each

yeah a lot of it has to do with genetics as well, its quite annoying sometimes really i meen i really have to struggle to see any gains stick rigidly to an eating plan ect not eat any shite or i put weight on straight away.

On the other hand i have a friend who eats what he likes mostly crap takeaways does no cardio drinks all the time and misses gym sessions all the time yet he looks massive and ripped lol its just not fair .
