Well if I can keep that place afloat I'll seriously consider getting some tenants in on a temporary basis. Save up a decent amount of money and then see where I go from there.

needless to say I've learnt my lesson on this one. Never EVER buy a house with someone you have only been with for a year 
We learnt so much about each other whilst living together and we just ended up hating one another.

if you're ever bored on a saturday night come out to southend and basildon, normally a few members from corsasport there during the night, meet some new faces, talk cars and exchange banter. Can be a cheap but pleasant night out, what happened to me a few years ago when I split up with a certain fatty.

was gonna say not all girls are like that I'm sure. I'm beginning to think that I'm not compatible with any of them though... seriously.
My first relationship for almost 5 years..  got engaged, got bored, ended it. Really shouldn't of.
This one was just over 2 years, again, got bored/fed up with her ways and ended it.
That's over 6 years of being in a relationship and having to care about someone else. Maybe I need to be on my own for a little bit and have some fun. Care about number one for a change.

i was with my first gf for 18months or so, then we split and stayed friends. I then was single for 2 years and had the best time ever, then i met my ex and was with her for 7months or something, then we split and i've been single since october, life is so much easier and fun being single in my opinion, only because you only have to look out for yourself!
although going for so long being single you miss relationship stuff, as going out having fun meeting diff girls for 1 nights does get a bit boring
