So do I Ed

Maximusle isn't expensive, it's only £40 and it'll last a long time.

Maximuscle is the company. The promax - whey protein powder is quite expensive, i get it 20% off tho as i have a GNC gold card. But it doesn't last that long if your having 3 shakes a day. I have 1 in the morning 1 scoop, and 1 before gym 2 scoops, and 1 after gym 2 scoops. So doesn't last as long as you'd think!

i eat healthy, posted my diet/workout a few months ago i think. Pretty much same stuff every day and have 1 'cheat' day where i can eat something i crave etc.

Breakfast (7am) - Oatmeal, Green Tea, Promax Shake (to help my muscles come out of catabolic state)

Snack (10am) - 25g of nuts (almonds/cashew/walnuts), Some form of protein usually 2 boiled eggs or chicken.

Lunch/Pre Workout (12.30pm) - Chicken and/or Tuna sandwich on oatmeal bread, 1 Promax Shake (2 scoops)

Gym (1-2pm)

Post Workout (2/2.30pm) - 1 Promax Shake (2 scoops with 25g of Oatmeal in it), 1 Banana

Dinner (5.30/6pm) - Chicken Breast with salad (try not to have certain carbs here)

Pre Bed Snack (9/10pm) - Some natural fat free greek yoghurt or cottage cheese (I hate CC) to give my body something slow to digest over night.

i eat like 6 odd eggs a day all with the yolk, not done my cholesterol any harm when i had it checked.

Also if you check around there are numerous studies that say the cholesterol in yolks doesnt actually affect the bad cholesterol in your body well something like that been a while since i read it.

Its one of these where there are loads of good and bad studies been done.

All I know is that they contain a lot of cholesterol and Id rather not risk it TBH when there are just as easy way to get whats needed into your system....especially when eating 6 a day
