Yeah im fuming. I only went in last month to sort out the charges I had to pay beginning of this month, £200!!

I've had to pay it and sent off the letter to reclaim.. they have to weeks to reply.

You can get the money back.

Easy way though is don't buy stuff when you don't have money, then you won't get charged.

Mine came out, even though I had money go in teh acount around 30 secnods after the payments came out. And they want £60.?

Yes the charges are a joke, I agree with that.

If people were better with their finances though it wouldn't happen.

Problems with companies taking money when they shouldn't etc is a different matter.

yes, by priting off all the right letters etc. i just got lucky when i phoned about the charge.. but im doing it properly with my other account because there are more charges
