I wouldnt bother just report it to ebay.

nowhere in the auction does it say US dollars. it also isnt a new camera, it has already been bought, returned and repaired by Kodak as it was faulty.

This product is Manufacturer Refurbished class "A" to BRAND NEW condition, in factory sealed box, unopened, everything is in the original manufactory status.

Kind of gives it away!

feedback left over the last few sales:

"Defective article does not answer to my e-mail"
"US plug on charger... not shown in description"
"I Had to pay the difference of the price TAX and it was high!"
"Item not received, pain to communicate with,resolved thru paypal resolution"
"Problems Paying"
"3 emails, 1 call, recieved almost 2 wks after I won, I live 45 min away"
"NEVER received item. Almost a month now. Sent 2 emails and none were answered"

look like the items are from the US and are refurbished in the us as lots of feedback from uk buyers saying items came with US mains chargers. so its unlikely you would be able to claim under warranty with Kodak Uk

Holiday hypermarket or a travel agent. a mate of mine bought some audio items from the US and transferred the money via the travel shop Western Union was the thing it went through to the US firm
