i heard this on the radio the other day cosmo, something to do with being lay down creating more pressure on something, i can't remember what

also your mind thinks more about how bad you feel at night when theres less on your mind etc.

I feel worse this morning, hopefully will mean its on its way out of my system (has to get worse before it gets better kind of thing!!)

If not I shall be getting extremely hammered on vodka tonight and passing out so I can get some sleep.
