no, decided against getting beaten up as I wouldnt be able to keep my mouth shut when Neville got the ball.

I was thinking of just going on the night but with the way Im feeling now I wont be. I'll go next door to the Lowry tomorrow though and meet some of the players who'll be staying there.

i heard this on the radio the other day cosmo, something to do with being lay down creating more pressure on something, i can't remember what also your mind thinks more about how bad you feel at night when theres less on your mind etc.

I feel worse this morning, hopefully will mean its on its way out of my system (has to get worse before it gets better kind of thing!!)

If not I shall be getting extremely hammered on vodka tonight and passing out so I can get some sleep.

Usually it takes nine days for a cold/flu virus to pass through, three days to take hold, three days suffering, three recovering.
