At this moment in time we are going though a great time in British music - particularly Indie, I think people should maybe embrace it a bit more rather than try and shoot it down as being insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
that line of thought did cross my mind when i was having this mini debate with myself earlier, however i thought it could be to do with periods are good and bad production for music.
there are some ace bands as close as 4 or 5 years ago, not much should or could change in that time.

There is some superb music being produced just now, irregardless of what you are into.
Finance dictates this to a fair degree as well, there is more money being ploughed into prodcution than ever before and good music is being produced. You have to get over the nostalgia barrier before you realise this.

So how can you not like Audioslave? Is that not a fantastic song?
Apart from him being homosexual, I don't see how anyone could have anything against Chris Cornell. He's got a brilliant voice and works well with the band.

You make me laugh with your wordy contributions and your terrible put downs.
You are about as sharp as the side of a brick yet you continue to try and abolish the opinions of those with the opposite views to yourself through one liners and terrible humour.
You believed that a plane could not take off via a conveyor belt and this is evidence enough for me personally that all the thesauruses in the world cannot disguise your idiocy.

Further proof, as if it was needed, that your intelligence is severely bound by the fact you are on a plateau that I or any other mere mortal is incapable of reaching on a petty Corsa forum.
If you wish to brandish a psycholigical sword with me at this time I am more than willing, but please do not try and put me down when it is clear to me and everyone else you are a complete idiot.

God, that thread realy got under your skin didn't John.
The whole thing was speculation as nothing has ever been done to prove or disprove either theory, but you're so convinced that you're right, it still gets your goat all this time later, even to the point of raising the issue in a thread about music.
Come on old chap, get a bit of perspective.
