I always find that going on a sunbed a couple of times before a holiday stops me burning...
I tan quite easily though, so maybe that's why

I've got quite pale skin tbh, and after last nights session the backs of my legs and ass are nipping like hell (and they're bright red)

Never ever been on one, not going to start either

I like the idea of having a bit of colour but i'm a bit of an addictive person and I don't wana end up looking all orange and buffy shiney

i only go on once maybe twice a week at most and it lasts, everybody looks far better with colour lol! but i wouldnt be one of those that hammers them lol!

Have them about once a month or so. Partly to do with a skin condition.

Jade try make sure you dont have another sunbed until about a week after the burns disappear and moisturise it for that week even if its not red anymore. Your skin will be even more suseptable (sp) now that you've burnt
