TBH I know its not the first time i have thought about breaking it but this time i am 99% sure its whats going to happen.

The Corsa has made me realise how shit converted cars actually are. The nova will be 10 times as bad as the corsa.

The project has lost its way, its not a track car, its not a quarter car and it would only ever really be a show car. WTF is the point in owning a show car, it would only do about 3k miles a year and IMHO its just a waste.

Cause its worth more now, fresh from paint etc and not used.

To finish it i need to solve the wiring faults, make it run then take it to MA Developments and have the car properly mapped.

There is £15k worth of parts. No one is going to give me £15k for a shonky old nova turbo.

Since when has a modified car been worth more than the (Practically new by the sounds of it) bits that make it?

Rick Draper you could of gone down in History for having the most awesome Nova ever.... instead you'll now be known as the Biggest letdown ever

Oh well.... it was nice watching the "slow" progress of the build... Just really wanted to see it in action.... once. Nevermind

hahaha.

Build has been incredably slow, its sat down at the garage 2 or 3 years. This is the main problem. When i started the build i was actually not bothered about driving a "nova". Now i am older i am far more bothered about it.

If people dont hear from me its cause my sister has stabbed me for not finishing it so she can have a drive of it

rick finish it, then if you feel the same brake it

ive seen so so many people break there cars, and then people that buy the bits claim the fame and the fact that there the ones with a mint nova/500bhp LET, when your the one that has slaved away building and paying out for it

dont break it just turn the engine 90 degrees and make it faster than those silly escorts

if not i still think you need to finish it ive be waiting for ages to see this car finished as its amazing even if it isnt going to be very driveable i think you will regret breaking it at such a late stage, i know i wd be!
