So many people don't realise all the overheads you have.
Your right about not doing conversions, you need a rapid turnover of cars.

rob its the bottom of tentercroft street
the size as a rough guide line with everything set out, you can get 6 to7 cars in. the overheads is the part that most people dont realize

10 grand has set us up so its not to bad, just gotta keep doing a good job to maintain custom and more will follow. if thats your goal then go for it

i think you have to take this risk in life!! i am happy for now going to work for someone else but i am gaining experience!! and spending half my wages on the snap on van each month but at the end of the day i will need them one day if i get to make the decision you have!!

and as said the money is in quick in and out work!! bloke next door to me does pre mots and then takes them to be tested. knocks them out all day and is always so busy

all my hand tools i owned and air tools, but ecery thing else is new, i.e copressor, ramps, jacks,
diagnostic in 6 months time, i know some one mobile for time being who is good and well priced

dave. we gotta two post 4 tonne lift supplied/fitted £1550 from a place in rotherham. dont need the goverment grant, but thanks. did some home work and been told we can have small busines rates, so things ars going good.

you not getting any 2 poster ramps?? find them well handy for gearbox out jobs and just generally not having the ramp in the way makes some jobs so much easier!!
also are you installing computer systems, so you can use programs like auto data etc??

but a govenment / local authority grant is free money that you dont have to pay back that ALL new businesses are entitled to. I got £5k
