Monk Fish & Scallop Kebabs wrapped in Parma Ham are really nice and easy to make, it's a Jamie Oliver receipe I've got at home, just let me know if you want me to dig it out for you.

I was thinking of going to marks and spencer but he wants takeaway so one less job for me

Will buy some posh profiteroles from tesco, they come with sauce u heat up so we can eat that and i can rub them all over his face and choke slam him.

I have decided to 'try' and cook dinner tomorrow.

A mixture of roasted vegetable served with Uncle Ben's rice. Should be nice and light and not too hard to prepare. Got the recipe out of the London Lite newspaper a few weeks ago
