i went to sharm el sheik for 2 weeks last april for my honeymoon,had a great time,stayed on the hotel complex mostly but went into the town a few nights,get hasseled a bit though. Make sure you go on the quad bikes in the desert

How much were the quad bikes & for how long??? What sort of clothing do you advise for going on them??
Is there any other driving you can do??

quad bikes were a full afternoon,was told to wear jeans and a long sleeved top but i only had shorts and t-shirts with me so thats what i wore,get a bedouin headscarf(couple of quid each in most stalls in the town) and wear some sunglasses to stop your eyes gettin full of dust,there is a new waterpark there thats worth a visit,only opened last year i think,we went just for the morning
think the quad biking was £25 each but it lasted all afternoon, well worth it
