I watch the episodes on a HD projector with 7' screen so the difference in quality is noticable, but the 350mb ones are still very good quality.

I would say the difference is noticable if you watch it on a big screen or projector. The big panoramic shots are stunning
If your only watching it on a monitor etc then the XViD HD verison will do fine.
