not quite.....! Mate from spoons got the job too, her first call was a woman who woke up in the morning to find her 29 yr old husband dead beside her....he wasnt ill or anything. SOOOOO scarey listening to people just screaming down the phone unable to make out what theyre saying!

I spend out of each hour in work about:


20 mins on cs
10 mins talking
2 mins on phone
20 mins working
the rest split between getting coffee to keep me awake and going to the toilet
