ive been following a similar lifestyle for about a year now, and once you get into it it just becomes normal, although it is a pain in the arse sorting meals out etc etc im not quite as strict as craig is but thats what im aiming to get like. Although ive just moved the other side of the world so its threw me a bit, ive only just managed to find a gym with the facilities i need so ive had to change my eating to compensate which was annoying.
Ive tried the tuna shakes before, not got as far as throwing my whole meal into a blender yet

tuna (in big doses) is very bad for humans, so that is why i eat a controlold ammount of it for my training, the best meat to have for protien is chicken, i think craig, you eat far too much tuna, i dont know if you know or not, but your body cannot process tuna very will, it does not use more than about 60% of the protien thet is in it, eating that much is just a waste of time, chicken and other white meats are the way to go, plus, 1 fact (for people who dont know, you will NEVER grow unless you eat a lot of complex carbohydrates (sp)

Craig, good to see your still training after all this time.
When i played rugby, my best friend at the time used to eat raw liver, raw eggs blended etc.. ALl nasty stuff, but it worked...
He was the same height and build all the way through school, then towards the end he started doing all that stuff and weight training. He's now 6f 2", built a brick crap house (all muscle bulk, not look and me look at me muscle).
Thing is, his mum is 4ft 10", and his dad is 5ft 6"

My mate who I work with is right into it, he brings all sorts of shit in.
Mainly dry tuna, plain chicken, egg whites (he buys 60 eggs per week )
He has very weird eating habbits, he's a big fucker though about 5 10" and 18 stone at the minute

MEAL 4 (lunch): 300g chicken breast. 250g brown rice (cooked weights). Large salad with 1 table spoon of olive oil.
MEAL 5 (pre-workout): 50g maltodextrin. 40g whey.

Im always swapping and changing things, but this is basically what i eat at present.
Meal 3: 80g of whey surely thats like 3 shakes? Creatine twice a day? what for, you should come off it every 4--6 weeks for at least a week too or your liver will die

Not a fantastic idea eating that many eggs due to the cholesterol they contain.

tbh, fat people who are trying to lost weight have an obsession with not eating fatty foods, you have an obsession with eating healthy and ur image, so you both have bad obsessions so IMO ur as bad as a fat man.
