If you don't plan on claiming for damage to your own car why go fully comp?

It all depends what service you want. I pay £1k on my 12v with Zurich. But the brokers is about 5mins walk away from my house, so if I have any problems, I can go and actually talk to someone face to face - this is especially handy as I need my car to get to Uni and back.
