yeah I know...

Ther is SI denims t-shirts like that, seen them in a few shops...

Anyway to be a good guy and try and sort it out I have sent him this.

Right
Even though I am in my rights as I stated in the auction I could not say If it was real etc and you should have read that, and you can see the labels in the pics etc.....

As you can see from my feedback I am a good trustworthy seller and buyer on here....

If you leave me positive feedback saying we had a problem but we sorted it out I will REFUND half your money into your paypal account ASAP(and you keep the t-shirt, wear it for doing the garden or whatever)which is including p and p £5.50..I can't say fairer that that can I?

OR
send the T-shirt back and I will give you a full refund minus P and P????

But really you should have read the auction details and had a good look at the pictures before bidding....I like my rating on here so I am trying to sort it out..

thanks

Mav, tell him to ram it up his arse. 1 bad feedback won't hurt, everyone knows ebay is full of muppets so encountering one and them commenting won't ruin you. It will do him more damage than you, just make sure you word it so he looks worse and doesn't turn it around on you.

Tbh that is blatetnly a fake, if i were you i would refund his money and put it down to experiance.
I have had a couple of bad ebay situations recently, left someone bad feedback (second time i have done it in 3 yrs cos guy ripped me off for £110) and the otsser left me bad feedback.
was so annying as i had like150positive feedback. he agreed to mutually withdraw in the end now have 100% again!

I've offered a refund and I will just bin the t-shirt becasue I will not wear it as being a fake..

But she wants me to refund her without sending it back..Even though I do not want the t-shirt she still has to send it back to get a refund...

I'll give the t-short to my Dad or that

Even though I have offered the refund she still saying she is reporting me to ebay, she can do what she wants because it was stated in auction that it was bought from ebay and I could not confirm if it's genuine, stupid cow should read and look at the auctions before bidding...

If I seen her I would give her a slap

I have her address and email so I think spam is coming on
