got mine new from the dealer as they come ready to paint, bout £7 i think, badge is about the same again if not a little more.
nope not if your careful, best to heat up the badge first using a hair dryer (makes the glue soft) then gently pull the badge away starting at one end.
you may find the badge comes off and leaves the foam sticky stuff, again just heat this up and it rubs off quite easy.
takes a bit of time but is definely well worth it at the end.
id give it a polish / t-cut after all the glue etc is off just so you dont notice where the old badges were - you'l see what i mean!

That exhaust looks very very simlar to mine, is it a peco bigbore 2 by any chance? if it is then you got no chance of getting it straight. I think its a universal exhaust because mine does'nt even have proper brackets that hang on the rubbers. Shit exhausts but sound OK with a airfilter.

Looks like its coming along nicely
Really love that colour too
Cutting out the grille on those bumpers isnt too hard really. I did it on mine and i think it look 10x better now. Not really noticable that its cut either if you do it neatly

You need to get rid of tht ECOTEC cover in the engine bay mate, they just don't look right for modified motors.
