my other topic is getting no hits so i thought id be better off asking in here
so far i have planned:
lowering as soon as poss
angel eyes (not cheap ones but projectors)
some sort of smoked tail lights and indicators (such as irmys)
new headunit (not sure yet)
this http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/4638.html and it will be put into some sort of basic bot build
door speakers (mine are fucked)
and a few little bits. like them little ally aerials
i got some 6 x 9s the other day too and they are in the parcel shelf that was already done but i am gonna re carpet it as it looks gash
i was lucky enough to already have a car with colour coding, a nice exhaust and alloys.
what you think
?

People get upset when newbies come on boasting about something thats 2004 news asif its groundbreaking stuff, furthermore they get a bit rattled when they dont get the correct terminology for what there boasting about
Although this should be handled a bit more tactful by all involved & not get bitchy Gotta love the place

PLans sound ok though..
Lowering is a must... I wouldn't bother with projectors etc I would get DEpe smoked headlights and smoked sides and rears..

its all fair play. i am on a fair few forums and get pissed at new people too.
nfortunaletly none of them are car forums. they are bmx forums (i used to ride) and that is something i (used) know alot about
as for boasting; i wasnt if you read a little earlier it was just my mate whos car it is asked me to post it and see what people said about it: the orignal reply was people calling a photoshop. thats why i got these pics for you as alot of people where interestedto see more
as for the terminology.. well im only new to cars and just didnt know.
afterall i am an a marine engineer apprentice not a mechanic!! lol

i am seriously re-thinking the angels.
cant decide on lowering though. im thinking just 40mm on springs? then later on when i have done other stuff stick some shocks on to take it down another 60mm
but will that require another set of springs?

Who knows I might decide to keep the golf......it doesnt own us much at all!! Id quite like to garage it & dig it out in another 15yrs or so & fit a G60 lump to it
