So what about the Prostitutes that were killed by that fella, did they deserve to die?? They were breaking the law
What if someone you knew died in a car crash whilst speeding, would you say they deserved to die because they were breaking the law?

Read my other post. I just don't think death for painting public property is proportionate. Cleaning it off perhaps, but not death.

Yes but Ian, you are forgetting that the people on this site are whiter than white, they have never broken the law, never driving outside the speed limit, never sworn, go to church every Sunday and say grace before eating thier dinner.
Oh, and rely on hiensight far, far, far too much.

They were only spraying on walls. Not like they were breaking into houses or mugging old ladies.

quite easy really. i work on the railway and if they were running into a tunnel they would have had no where to go( unless they found a refuge) Not only would they have been run over, they would have fried too on the third or fourth rail not nice.

Just a shame they chose to run the way that they did, true they shouldnt of been there but no one deserves to die over somthing so trivial

If you believe that breaking the law should condemn you to death no matter what the seriousness of the crime is then i hope you do 35 in a 30 zone and crash and die.

point is if they wasnt there they would still be alive, plus i cant stand graffiti.
Maybe it will be a lesson to people about appreciating what they have rather than losing it doing pathetic and stupid things that endanger theirs and toher peoples lives

My points were more - if you play with fire you get burned...not - they deserved to die!! I wouldnt wish that upon anyone unless they had done something truely evil.
