Why was 'Never Say Never Again' not an official bond film?

I thought it was a good film and he was a good Bond. Its better than A View To A Kill. He also wasn't sacked like most believe, he decided he had earn't enough from the one film.

Have you seen it marc?

The script is diabolical, he has no grace, hes not debonheir (SP) He says "this never happened to the other guy" FFS its like a spoof.

Absoloutley terrible film. View to a kill is better, not by a mile but just

The storyline is pretty crap with all the girls yeah, he played a good part I thought. He just deserved a better Bond film.

Best Bond film ever.

Roger Moore is my favourite Bond, Daniel Craig comes a close 2nd and Mr Brosnan is third.

Lazenby, Dalton, Niven and Holness all get equal billing in a well earned 4th place for me.

Connery can piss off back to the bins.

I think Craig is the most accurate Bond ever, as he portrays the kind of man Bond would more than likely be in a real life scenario.

Jambo

Ice racing with a Challenger, a Merc, a Capri and MK I Escort.

Bond has an Aston.

Brilliant score, plus end theme sung by Louis Armstrong.

Bond marries Diana Rigg.

Bond's wife gets killed.

Kojak is the baddie.

'Q' makes his first ever appearance.

The best comedy line ever in a Bond film ''This never happened to the other fellow''

Top punning too - ''he had guts'' (after mincing a henchman in an ice crusher)

I feel you should give this underrated masterpiece another chance Jam.
