Somewhere else is a couple of places that are not visited so often, ie. not main stuff thread/forum/post/reply/etc. Would also be webmail.
There are so many guests trawling through stuff as they are search engines who don't log in but who are legimate 'users' - just not actual people.

You can still go to the web address, but you will see the 'you are banned' page. You don't get to see the proper page. Unless you log out of course, which means you wouldn't get forums other than the publically available ones.

Not all the time but yes when you get a pattern like that you can assume that is what is going on.

That script takes the web address attempts to make sense of it - it can only do this some of the time.
Some of the pages which don't get so much traffic I've not taught it about - namely parts of member signup, some of the site sub-pages etc.
I've just added a few more so you will see it less, but its not every single page of the whole site.
