ahh well, at the end of the day aslong as he is fine to pay up and it doesnt cause u any hassle and u seem to be ok about it!
bit gutting still as it is such a nice car but im sure it will be back to how it was before!

could u not just get him to give u enuff money for a mint shell and re shell, then come to an agreement over it as to say him paying half the respray and u paying half? then u get a new mint paintjob and the same car, he has paid his debt to u and everyones a winner?? (kind off)
