It doesnt look like paint. Looks more like Photoshop or Fireworks, tracing the outlines over a photo

hence 'MS PAINT CHALLENGE'


i have the original bmp file that shows the pixels, because when you save them as a jpg it blurs them all..

ill post it up if i must.

Ascough told me you used a website to cinvert it, and showed me some pics he had done on the same website..... looked very similar to your car pic....
