hes combining the impact speeds, the only time you can combine impact speeds is if you hit something head on

its a 40 zone.

combined speed 80ish-been hit by a tranny wagon that prob weighs about 1.5 tonne??

id say damage is justifiable

hardly, he said it 'pulled' out. therefore either heading away from him or going to his left/right therefore it looks like the GTT was speeding. i hit a car that pulled in front of me at 50mph in a 60 zone. no way did it look like that.

just seems so many people drive modified cars like cocks around built up areas, fast accelerating etc and there is no way at all that is a below 40mph crash

hmmmm......

car went to longton motor clinic yesterday, both the 5 and the tranny. they have been assessed. given skid marks and point of impact and damage to tranny, they reckon an impact speed of between 40-45mph was about right.

also tranny van driver has admitted he was in the wrong. hurrahs
