It can work in your favour sometimes

I do wear them for distance reading, like at college I use them alot & sometimes at home for watching TV. I dont for driving though, which im meant to but I really dont feel they help at all & infact make it worse.

My eyesight isnt bad...I just get headaches from focusing long to short...so if I want to stop headaches I have to wear them....I can see fine without them though
