23 or so bhp from the extra 100ccs Dean, with scope for 153 by changiing inlet and exhaust manifolds and stuff...

engine in Zetec S was a knacker - had to be replaced anyway; and the Puma engine came up at the right price. Plus it made a difference. One for sale on here actually in Classifieds. It's quite a common swap in all honesty; check out ZSOC.com
