Dress code for most places is smart casual...there are a few places like the Living rooms or Newz Bar that require shoes to be worn...
But I dont think you will wanna go to those places anyway...

Club wise its normally £10 to get in and drinks are all about £3...bars are free entry but drinks probably a tiny bit cheaper but not much....
If you budget for £3 a bottle of beer you will be ok..

Only places i have been in Liverpool was the pubs, Concert square (was a couple of years back, Modo, Norwegian Blue, Walkabout all in the same place.
Is Baa Baa's the place with all the disco balls? If so, that's was nice a few years back. Haven't got a clue these days though.
