Steve, get your self to the supermarket and buy a whole ready roasted chicken, with an apple. Get yourself something else as a treat too.

A roasted chicken is full of protein flavour and is delicious. You know it makes sense!

I always do that, not coz i feel it makes up for the shit food, just coz i prefer diet coke to normal.
