I dont pay anything to use the gym. The one in my college is free. It obviously isnt the best gym but it has 2 football pitches, a few treadmills and lots of weights and stuff. Its only open 2 hours a day though during lunch Would be brilliant if i could use it before and after college aswell.

Make sure you stay committed. I joined gym in January 2006 and went steady 3 nights a week, but have just started to slow down and lose interest.

Does Hulk Hogan visit this gym too?
lol 70kg a side isnt a huge weight when you're training chest. Obviously no-one will bicep curl them lol but there's a few lads who press that weight.
fuuuuuck our only go up to 30kg
but i can do that on more or less everything but shoulders

Jas16v - 30kg is a good weight to bicep curl, how do they expect you to train chest with that amount of weight Im guessing they have benches and smith machines with a decent amount of plates?
