no steve. it may look pretty, but this lil baby has all the go for a 1.4.
not sounding like a chav now, (cus i aint, innit) but its suprised alot biger engined cars. does me proud.
btw, those astra sport hatchs are shit slow! lol (well the 1.6 anyway)

so if im right in guesing, thast more than a 25% power increase

im planning on full exhasut system
posibly a chip.

im just unsure as to what mods i should be doing next. im a student so if no got the most money lol

25 bhp increase is alot for just an inlet on a 1.4

1.4 should be showing about 110-120bhp from an inlet change without remap..

Blue silicone hoses... Pretty self explanitory.

Battery cover looks like...

Only fits larger batterys as fitted to the Frontera, Calibra, Cav etc....

the car was dyno'd at jamsport. are these rollers not accurate too?

To compare, this is my old Sport engine. Look how many more hoses I had. You could get another 5-6 in there. I didn't have the return hose on the coolent bottle.

20-30bhp gain on a 1.4 without a remap? where did u get that from? I proberly just gained 20bhp from inlet and manifold back, and thats on a 1.6

the 1.4 does gain more than the 1.6 though.

my 1.4 gained 28bhp, my 1.6 with the same mods gained 24bhp.

How does that work? but still ur not going to see 30bhp on a standard 1.4 from an inlet
