1.4 should be showing about 110-120bhp from an inlet change without remap..
Blue silicone hoses... Pretty self explanitory.
Battery cover looks like...
Only fits larger batterys as fitted to the Frontera, Calibra, Cav etc....

To compare, this is my old Sport engine. Look how many more hoses I had. You could get another 5-6 in there. I didn't have the return hose on the coolent bottle.

20-30bhp gain on a 1.4 without a remap? where did u get that from? I proberly just gained 20bhp from inlet and manifold back, and thats on a 1.6

the 1.4 does gain more than the 1.6 though.
my 1.4 gained 28bhp, my 1.6 with the same mods gained 24bhp.

mine gained 26bhp
