i liked to know how?? 172 bhp in a tin can or 150bhp in a corsa????? Do the maths, i know that 182's aren't far behind me in a straight line, but mines 200bhp.


how exactly r the 172 a tin can? they prob aint far off the wieght of my corsa? my new nova has raced a 182 and beat it?

a clio 182 or 172 is heavier than a corsa

i must admit the 172's do seem to be slower than the bhp and weight would suggest, do they lack torque?

really??? I'm not doubting your situation but i've played with a few 2.0 corsa's and nova's, only ones that have pulled on me have been on tb's, i pull a good few car lengths on the others.

well it was off of lights i was racing this 172 for about 3 laps, and EVERY time i was pulling on him, one word= PISH

yep, raced a few times on the strip, id win. on the times i was quicker aswell. on the road marginally faster but after 100 corsa would pull away no problems.

actually, little story for you 106 lovers

about a month ago or so, i was driving to a friends house in that grey corsa turbine thing. a 106gti raced me, and beat me. thats the truth. i wont lie.

told ya 106gtis are faster than turbo corsas, the lack of torque means you can just floor it whereas a corsa will just spin up
