Years and years ago, when I part-time worked for Tesco, I saw someone get frogmarched off the premises by security! 
Basically, an old lady had asked him where a few things were, and usual shopfloor-rules, you had to take them to each and every product. He'd wandered around the store for 15 minutes, with this little old lady in tow, not a thanks from her, she just grunted the next order when she'd put the best of whatever in her basket (after checking all the things on the shelf, of course).
So, his moment of breaking came when she got to one item, and commented (I was right nearby for this bit) about how the prices here were disgustingly expensive, everywhere's dirty, and she could get better service at Gateway (as it was, back then) down the road......his response, which resulted in the being-marched-off-premises?
"Well, f*** off to Gateway, you moaning old cow! In fact, come on, I'll give you a lift there, anything to get you away from me, with all your f***ing whining"
I had to try SO hard to keep a straight face!

I work in Argo's at the moment.
and loller... Customers here come in and are full of rage/etc lol

i wondered why when you ask where something is in a supermarket they alway end up walking you to it, personally i'd prefer an explination. I'm going to start going into them and asking the fitties where something is, knowing full well its at the otherside of the shop.
I work in a shop, women customers are the worse, hate it when customers pull "thats false advertising" bollox out, i remove the sign and then end up argueing with them and tell them it isn't and to come back when they know the laws on these type of things. (they are always adiment they should get it for theat price.
