Doesnt sound that mad, depends on your power and your weight compared to his, i doubt it will be substantionally different either way

Note Monsters car is stripped and fitted with an inlet manifold too. A bad driver or shagged engine would have not done too wel against him at all, imo of course

Thats very dissapointing 8.8 to 60 is crap for the cars spec imo

A remapped one like mine would see off a 2.0ltr 16v corsa, tbh std it is very restrictive, only boosts toi 7psi, remap = double that and 200bhp, 0-60 of 6 and 1/4 miles of around 14.5.

They aren't the best at handling tbh, definately need rear spacers and a good suspension setup.

Top speed of a remapped one is around 155mph, and if only the 35mpg was true!!!

I love it people saying why get a dump valve, why not ? its a good noise IMO dont know anyone whos been in my car who doesnt like it .

i get about 29mpg in mine, have heard lots of wild claims though, doesnt bother me, nice car to drive.

was driving the girlfriends CTR at the weekend, handles so much better with better driving position but much prefer my engine and brakes

Very nice, love the interior. I wanted a red one with red interior but hard to find.

Mine gets about 33mpg and thats with a filter, dv, and full system exhaust.

Im from Rainham way, just down the road from you really.

Just bought the Forge valve today, along with Powertec air filter.

As for gauges i've seen some on ebay, they have black illumination and red needles and numbers which would match my standard gauges.

they cause damage and can hinder the turbo system, esp in vags
