yea she can, both own copyrights to the footage under law and he hasn't been given concent to publish it by her, so he could get sued (+ anyone else involved in distrubution) - thats what i understand anyways. Plus, im sure there are numerous other laws and loopholes that will stop him publishing it if Spears people want it stopped (and im sure they'll do it).

yeah, its like the Paris Hilton and Pammy cases.
Both films were released without their permission but was too late to stop them being seen. People who distributed it got sued and they got granted all royalty rights and they both make a fortune from it now!

dam that will be hot,but why is she foolish enough to take the risk after what happened to paris hilton,surely all celebs on tape being inserted would be more careful etc,
