All the Pictures they have published in there mag where taken by myself along the way of the build (all the lads who helped me where there)
So what they have done is, read the post about the build of my car, took some of the wording and pictures and printed them in there mag

It's rediculous too, they are a magazine owned by bloody Emap. Emap are huge, they must have people who work for them just to sort out copyright issues, however they go and do something stupid like this.

TV pics were taken by TV photographers.
this is the Max Power thing -
thing is, the writing appears to show that the pics have been taken from MIGweb, and it says ".....he told us"
It might be difficult to argue about it if someone from Max Power has posted in the thread on MIGweb and you have answered their question directly Adam

End of the day Adam if you had a deal between redline and that then you shouldnt have put pics on the web, My RX appeared in Banzai without my permission , they simply took the pics from a thread on a forum , didnt ask or anything.

and there is a law for this very reason
