Because they will report it, and paypal will take the money from your account, even if you have sepnt it.

How do you plan to get the money out of paypal?? without a bank account registered to it and if you delete it after you take the money, they keep records. So they can find out.

Jus report it.

Don't forget that PayPal doesn't recover money only via online transaction. They can do it with the help of the police afaik

The decision is yours, whether to take the risk or not.

But do not send the item no matter what.

just got this

Hey,

Are you trying to screw me up or what ? Dont try to do that or i got you reported to FBI.You told me you get no payment nor notification of payment from Paypal. I got a confirmation of payment from Paypal stating you have to send the item and give them the tracking number to credit your account.I have emailed them now to get the money sent into your account before you ship the item but they told me all they need to protect both me and you is to delay the money from being sent into your account until you give them the tracking number.

Please advice. All the favour i need from you is to send the item to him today though the money is not in your account as you have said but it has been deducted from my account.

Waiting to hear from you

and replied with

hi,

i have packaged the item to be collected by courier today.

the tracking number is G T F 45013297

so please pay the money into my account

thanks

recieved

Greg,

WHat courier is this. You are going to send the tracking number to Paypal and not me. And also give them the courier you used. Did you put the 300 GBP inside the package?. I think you should have gotten a mail from Paypal. Just send them the tracking number so that they can credit your accout. And be faithful to me concerning the money you are going to put inside the package.

Thanks

emailed the fake paypal email with the tracking number as it said i had to do to recieved payment

Hi,

i have sent the above item to the buyer, packed with 'Get there first delivery company' (G T F )

item number G T F 45013297

thanks

although paypal cant take money out your bank account, they can leave a huge debt on your account, which they will chase up at all costs, best thing to do is greg go on the ebay forums. youll find its a lot common there, youll get a lot of good advice there........and remember to post back here

Of the record there was something similar to this where a guy sent a package to another country and stated the value to be a lot higher than it was of the goods and that way apparently the reciever had to pay a lot duty tax. something like that anyway

sent to the scammer

hi,

The item is packed with all items as agreed, and the extra payment to your friend, and sent with Get there first delivery company (G T F). this is a local company that works with royal mail to collect from remote locations. as i am located outside the east midlands autoroute (EMA).

thanks
