doing the brake cylinders and brake shoes on the corsa tomoro, and while its on the axel stands ill have a good look under it to see if it needs any welding ect

I'll be removing the downpipe, manifolds, oil, water, and head. Might even drop the block and box out too, tart up the engine bay whilst it's of the road.

90mph on the way home from work last night, revs dropped suddenly, EML came on, happened a few times. Got home ok, started it this morning and it died again, then just about fired on 1 and 4.

2 and 3 totally dead, even with new dizzy, rotor, HTs and sparks, so therefore no compression. HG must have blown between them, but no oil/water mixing, mayo or other symptoms.

Thought I did hear the rushing water noise the other day though...

I wish it had happened later, when I had some money. As it is, it's gonna be sat in bits for a good while. Maybe it's XE time, maybe I should bin it and buy the Omega up the road.

I feel like Nath with all these dilemmas.
