Long hours, shite pay (in comparison to other professions)

Good points are seeing stuff you have imagined actually being built (like the building in the background of my avatar) and I pretty much only answer to myself

No I don't

I do, however, answer to BREEAM....and the clients pay what they have to to achieve the rating they want

I design schools BTW...and finally the 'powers' that be are understanding that kids function better in a vibrant environment as opposed to a sterile box
