Yada yada yada, should have expected the usuall bullshit-outfall from having a different opinion .
I've got no misconceptions about the 205 rally car, back in the day it was very good, and did something new to brake the mould. 22 years on however, and over 200 brake down on the race version i don't see the attraction to the road going version.
For the amount it's selling at, i'd want to buy something that's mental now, not something that was mental two decades ago .

yes, but you buy a car to drive not to keep locked up, and for 36k it certainly isnt worth it even if it is a classic.
Eitherway, none of us could afford it, so lets stick to our shopping trolleys

An uninspiring, average Ferrari or a legendary rarer than fuck 205 T16 We all have our own opinions I suppose, some less informed than others.

its only worth it as its a classic, but then you wouldnt rag the tits off it and drive it every day, therefore in the long run its a 36k paper weight stuck in your garage that might see sunlight one day of the year - stupidly pointless if you ask me!
Rather spend 36k on a bmw that is faster, safer and i can use day in day out - cars aren't meant to be locked up, there meant to drive

Wow, you should try and get an A level in "Stating the obvious, but missing the point".
And as for increasing in value, if you wanted to make money you'd buy a house, not a Pug 205 surely? .

You could still drive that like an average car and do 10,000 miles in a year and it would go up in value
