this happened to my grandad, failed roadside test was hauled down cop shop but only blew a 27, i think its the time it takes to get out of your system also the fact the roadside tests are not accurate they only really tell them if youve had an alchohol of any volume

Thats what most drunk drivers say I felt ok so I drove I am sure the guy that crashed head onto us nearly killing my wife said that when he left the pub.

The reason they let you off is because of the system. Another way people get off when they are done for low limits is to ask for a blood sample. No Police station has a doctor on site so you will have to wait a good hour or so meaning you will process more alcohol.
But six drinks, you will have learned your lesson already, but consider one pint is enough to put some people over the limit.

I have only ever drank once when driving...and it was a pint of gnats pee fosters, 6 cokes and 3 hrs later I was pulled over on way home and breathylised...and bricked it as it still showed up amber...my brother quite often has a couple and drives home but he doesnt listen to my warnings...the way I look at it is that even in the supposedly unlikely event that youre fine to drive etc, and someone ELSE crashed into you,your still fubbared as the police will breathylise u as std proceedure
