When hes gets interviewed by the media he'll prob say: "using my streetwise skills that i learnt on my council estate, i managed to pick the locks with a hairclip, not only was it a stupid as fuck idea, but the police have now described me as mentally challenged ad gave me a cell with padded walls, but at least i was centre of attention"

I think the campaign is more about the wider issues than his personal outcome. He can't change his case alone.

the stuff some fathers will do to see there kids when after years the court system does liitle if not nothing, least these guys tried to get publicity and change the system rather than the ones that accept it give in and commit suicide

everything else had failed, the family act was set up in 1989 and it was not until over 10 years later f4j was set up to try and do something about the system, without f4j chances are nothing would have changed

heck maybe in a few years some of the lads on this site could be fucked over by an ex and refused access to there own kids

see how funny it is then

Ever considered that the female parents *might* have a very valid reason for wanting to keep the father away from their kids?

i agree with what they are doing, if they held a street protest nothing would happen. where as these stunts make them noticed, most people know of them by now. I give them the thumbs up

i went through it all with lawyers so yes i have

its a good thing and gets noted at the first stage and 9 out of 10 times puts a halt to the case proceding any further from the initial meetings if there is a genuine reason

it just so happens though that not all fathers are wifebeaters, child molestors etc etc
