used to be into hip hop/rap but now into house.

started with funky house but now more electro

I agree about all the hardcore and metalcore and most of the other cores..

But i feel screamo is quite discriptive towards the music it is labelling so thats why i use it

Yes. Apart from Straightedge isn't a type of music, but you do get Straightedge bands.
